Why a written yes matters
A client who approves ads on a call or in a chat thread has said yes to something, but nobody can show later which version it was. When the ad that runs is not the one they remember, the conversation that follows is about memory, not about the ad.
A clean approval names the exact ad, records who said yes and when, and keeps that yes apart from the moment the ad starts to spend. These seven steps are that process, in the order you run it.
Show the exact version
Your client should approve the ad as it will run: the picture, the words, the link, the button and the placement. A yes on a draft, a mood board or an image file sent on its own is a yes to something else.
- Show each ad as it will appear in the feed, not as a loose image file.
- Put the picture, the words, the link, the button and the placement in front of your client together.
- Leave budget, bids, targeting and schedule out of what they approve.
In Senditor. Your client approves the exact version: each ad as it shows in the feed, with where it shows and the page its link opens.
Check every ad first
A client who spots a typo or a cropped picture starts to doubt the rest of the batch. Catch what you can before the link goes out, so their answers are about the ads and not about mistakes.
- Check each picture’s size and shape for the placements it will run in.
- Read the text for spelling, length, past years and leftover notes.
- Open every link and make sure it lands on the right page.
In Senditor. Checks run on every ad before the approval link is made. The link check is coming soon.
Send one link, with no login
Every account a client has to create is one more reason to answer later. Keep the approval to one link they can open anywhere, on a phone or a computer.
- Send one link for the whole batch, not one file per ad.
- Make sure the link opens without an account or a password.
- Ask for a name with every answer, so the record says who decided.
- Set the link to expire, and withdraw it if it went to the wrong person.
In Senditor. You copy the link and send it to your client yourself, by email or chat. It opens with no account and no password. Your client adds their name once, and every answer keeps their name and the time. Every link expires. You can withdraw an unanswered link.
Make a no useful
A no without a reason starts a round of guessing. Ask what is wrong, in the client’s own words, and you fix the right thing the first time.
- For every no, ask whether it is the picture, the text, the headline or something else.
- Ask for one line on what they would like instead.
In Senditor. A no can’t be sent without a reason or a note, so it reaches you with what to change.
Ask again after every change
A yes covers the version your client saw. If you change the picture, a word, the link or the button afterwards, that ad needs a new yes, even when the change looks small. Ads you did not change keep their yes, so the second round holds only what moved.
- After any edit to an approved ad, ask for a new yes on that ad.
- Send only the changed ads in the second round.
- Close the old link, so nobody answers on an out-of-date version.
In Senditor. Once the batch changes, the old link closes on its own and tells your client “This link has been replaced.” You send the changed ads on a new link.
Create approved ads paused
An approval is not a launch. Creating the approved ads paused gives you one last look in Ads Manager, at the ad set, the budget and the schedule, before anything spends.
- Create only the ads that hold a current yes.
- Create them paused, in the ad set you planned for them.
- Compare each created ad with the version your client approved.
In Senditor. Create paused ads puts each approved ad in your ad account, created PAUSED in the ad set you chose. Senditor never writes a budget, a bid or targeting.
Switch ads on yourself
Going live is a separate decision, made when the budget, the schedule and the tracking are ready. Keeping it with you means a client’s yes never spends money on its own.
- Switch each ad on by hand in Meta Ads Manager, when you are ready.
- Keep the record of who approved which version, and when.
In Senditor. Senditor never switches an ad on. That step stays in Ads Manager, with you.
Where Senditor fits
Senditor is built around these steps, for freelancers and small agencies who run Meta ads for their clients. One ad platform for now: Meta. Images only. Video is not yet supported.
