You can cut our access and delete your Meta connection yourself, at any time. For everything else, email us and we delete it within 30 days.
Ask us to delete everything
Email support@senditor.ad from the email address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my data”. Within 30 days we delete your account, your Meta connection and every workspace with its creatives, ad copy, check results, cost records, approval links, approval decisions and receipts, and we confirm by email. Encrypted backups, where we keep them, age out within six months. If you can no longer use that address, say so in your email and we will find another safe way to confirm it is you.
In the app
- “Disconnect Meta”, at the foot of the Meta card in Social accounts, deletes your stored access token and your Meta user id, and any unfinished workspace sign-in you started while signed in, on any of your workspaces. It also deletes the older token a workspace kept before you signed in once for all workspaces, and the copy of it we keep so a move onto your one sign-in can be undone, unless another active operator owns that workspace.
- “Unlink”, on a client’s Meta card in Social accounts, deletes that workspace’s chosen ad account, Page and ad set, with your Meta user id, and that workspace’s older token and its copy.
A copy whose record cannot be read stays until “Unlink” or “Disconnect Meta”. Nothing here deletes anything on Meta.
On Facebook
In Facebook, open Settings & Privacy › Settings › Business Integrations, find Senditor, and remove it. Our access token stops working immediately. This step involves only Meta, and it is entirely under your control. The token that stopped working stays in its file until you press “Disconnect Meta” or ask us to delete it.
What stays
Ads already created in your ad account belong to you, not to us, and deleting your data here does not remove them. Any ad we created is paused in your own ad account, and you can delete it in Ads Manager like any other ad. Meta keeps its own data about your account under its own policy.
If you approved ads for someone
If you used a Senditor link to approve ads, your name, decisions and comments are part of the records of the person who sent you the link. Ask them to delete them, or email support@senditor.ad and we will pass your request on and help.
