Write to us

Email support@senditor.ad. A person reads every message.

To get to the fix in one reply, tell us:

  • the brand, and the batch or link it is about;
  • what you pressed, and what you expected to happen;
  • what you saw instead, in the exact words on the screen.

Never email us a password, an access key or a connect code. We never need them to help you.

Your client sees “This link has been replaced.”

You changed the batch after you sent that link, and a yes covers only the version your client saw. Send the changed ads for approval and give your client the new link. Ads you did not change keep their yes.

Your client sees “This link is no longer open.”

The link expired, or you withdrew it. Send the same ads for approval again: Senditor makes a new link for them, and you give it to your client.

An approved ad was not created

Senditor creates an ad only when it holds your client’s current yes and its checks have passed. An ad that was left out is waiting for one of these:

  • your client’s yes, on the current link;
  • your fix, after a no;
  • a new yes, after you changed the ad;
  • a fix for a failed check, such as a picture too small for Meta;
  • a Meta connection, when the dashboard says “Connect Meta first”.

Pressing Create paused ads again does not create the same ad twice.

You can’t find the new ads in Ads Manager

They are in the ad set you chose for the brand, created PAUSED. Open that ad set in Meta Ads Manager: the ads stay paused there until you switch them on.

The Meta connection stopped working

Meta’s sign-in expires, and it stops at once if Senditor is removed under Business integrations in your Facebook settings. In the dashboard, press Reconnect (or Connect, if that is what it shows) and sign in on Facebook again.

You want to remove Senditor’s access to Meta

Press Disconnect Meta in Senditor: it removes your Meta sign-in from Senditor, for every brand. Or remove Senditor under Business integrations in your Facebook settings, and our access stops. Disconnect this brand unlinks one brand only. The security page has the details.

Connecting an AI assistant

Working with Senditor from an AI assistant, through our plugin and MCP server, is coming soon. When it opens, you connect an assistant like this:

  • In your assistant, add Senditor and press Connect. A Senditor page opens.
  • If it asks you to sign in, press Sign in, sign in to Senditor in the new tab, then come back and press Continue.
  • Check the name of the assistant asking, then press Allow.

If the page says “Press Connect again in your assistant.”, the sign-in did not finish: start again from your assistant. Every assistant you have connected is listed on Connected assistants.

What a connected assistant can do

A connected assistant works as you, in your brands. It can add ads and their copy, run the checks, make an approval link for you to send, read your client’s answers and, when you confirm, create the approved ads PAUSED.

It cannot switch an ad on, write a budget, a bid or targeting, send anything to your client, or record a yes for them. An ad is created only with your client’s yes on the current link, and turning it on stays your step in Meta Ads Manager.

A picture an assistant sends waits 24 hours to join a batch. After that it can no longer be used: send it again.

You want to remove an assistant’s access

Sign in to Senditor, open Connected assistants and press Remove beside the assistant. Its access ends at once, refresh token included, so it cannot sign back in by itself. To use it again, connect it again.

Removing an assistant does not delete the ads it helped create, or the batches, approvals and receipts in your brands. Your chats stay with the AI platform, under its own privacy terms. To have us delete your data, see Data deletion.
