These terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Senditor (“we”). By using Senditor you accept them. If you use it for a company or an agency, you confirm that you may bind it, and “you” means that company. Senditor is for business use, by people aged 18 or older.

What Senditor does

Senditor lets you check finished ads, send them to your client on one approval link, and add the approved ones to an ad set you choose in your own Meta ad account. Every ad Senditor creates is created PAUSED. It never creates or changes a campaign, an ad set, a budget, a bid, a schedule or targeting, and it never switches an ad on. Turning an ad on is always your own step in Meta Ads Manager, and the ad spend that follows is between you and Meta.

Early access

Senditor is in early access, by invitation. Features may change, pause or stop, and anything we label “coming soon” is not part of the service yet. We may end early access, or your access, as described under “Ending”.

Fees

Early access is free: we take no payment and ask for no card. The prices on senditor.ad are the prices we plan to charge later. Before we charge you anything, we will tell you the price and the date, and you decide whether to continue. We never charge you without your agreement. Ads you turn on are billed by Meta, not by us.

Your account

Keep your passcode and your invitation link private. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once at support@senditor.ad if you think someone else has used it.

Your Meta connection and ad account

Your ad accounts, Pages and ads belong to you. When you connect Meta, you let Senditor act in the ad account and Page you choose, on your instruction, within the limits under “What Senditor does”. You confirm that you have the right to use them. What is published through Senditor counts as your own action on Meta. You can end our access at any time: press “Disconnect Meta”, or remove Senditor in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.

Your content and your clients

You keep every right in the images, words and other material you add (“your content”). You let us store, check, show and send your content only to run Senditor for you: to run the checks, show it to the client you choose and create the paused ads you confirm. You confirm that you have the rights to your content, that it is lawful and that it meets Meta’s advertising rules. You are responsible for what you publish and for turning ads on. You are also responsible for your client’s agreement to use Senditor with them; we handle their name, decisions and comments for you, as our privacy policy describes.

Checks are help, not approval

The checks, including AI checks where they are switched on, look for common problems. They can miss things and can be wrong. A passed check is not Meta’s approval, not legal advice and not a promise that an ad will run or perform.

Meta’s terms

Your use of Facebook, Instagram and Meta’s ad tools stays under Meta’s own terms and advertising standards. Meta can reject, limit or remove ads, or change its tools, and we do not control that. Senditor is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta.

Fair use

Do not use Senditor to break the law or Meta’s rules, to publish misleading, infringing or harmful ads, to reach accounts or data you may not use, to probe or overload our systems, or to copy or resell the service. We may refuse an action, or suspend an account, that does.

No warranty

Senditor is provided “as is” and “as available”, and in early access especially so. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind, including that it fits a particular purpose, that it runs without interruption, or that your ads get any result.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or revenue, lost data, ad spend, or the results of your ads. Our total liability for all claims about Senditor is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 euros. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop at any time: disconnect Meta and ask us to delete your data, as described at https://senditor.ad/data-deletion. Your access lasts for the period in your invitation. When it ends, you can still disconnect Meta, end approval links and ask us to delete your data. We may also suspend or end your access if you break these terms or Meta requires it; except after a breach, we tell you by email at least 14 days before we end it early. When your access ends we delete your data as our privacy policy says. Ads already in your ad account stay there, and stay yours.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date above and tell everyone with an account by email before the change takes effect. If you keep using Senditor after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Nothing in them takes away a right you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.
