Client approval for Meta ads: the checklist https://senditor.ad/client-approval-for-meta-ads Last updated 2026-10-15 1. Show the exact version [ ] Show each ad as it will appear in the feed, not as a loose image file. [ ] Put the picture, the words, the link, the button and the placement in front of your client together. [ ] Leave budget, bids, targeting and schedule out of what they approve. 2. Check every ad first [ ] Check each picture’s size and shape for the placements it will run in. [ ] Read the text for spelling, length, past years and leftover notes. [ ] Open every link and make sure it lands on the right page. 3. Send one link, with no login [ ] Send one link for the whole batch, not one file per ad. [ ] Make sure the link opens without an account or a password. [ ] Ask for a name with every answer, so the record says who decided. [ ] Set the link to expire, and withdraw it if it went to the wrong person. 4. Make a no useful [ ] For every no, ask whether it is the picture, the text, the headline or something else. [ ] Ask for one line on what they would like instead. 5. Ask again after every change [ ] After any edit to an approved ad, ask for a new yes on that ad. [ ] Send only the changed ads in the second round. [ ] Close the old link, so nobody answers on an out-of-date version. 6. Create approved ads paused [ ] Create only the ads that hold a current yes. [ ] Create them paused, in the ad set you planned for them. [ ] Compare each created ad with the version your client approved. 7. Switch ads on yourself [ ] Switch each ad on by hand in Meta Ads Manager, when you are ready. [ ] Keep the record of who approved which version, and when.
